The new regional trail system for equestrians, hikers, and bikers will consist of 8.3 miles of trails and seven staging areas between Saturn Blvd (19th St.) and Hwy 805. The ceremony was held at the OVRP Beyer Boulevard staging area. This multi-jurisdictional project of City of San Diego, City of Chula Vista, and County of San Diego will be completed in 2008.</p>
